Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our items are made to order, our return rules are slightly different for personalized/custom items and non-personalized items. Please read the section that matches your order.

1. Non-personalized (standard) items — 14-day returns

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping:
If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover any replacement/refund costs.

2. Personalized / custom items

Personalized items are made specifically for you, so they are not returnable once production has started.

However, we will happily take care of you in these situations:

a. Cancel before production begins
If your custom order has not entered production, you may cancel for a full refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible.

b. Our personalization mistake
If the final item does not match the personalization details you submitted, please contact us with a clear photo of the product.
After we confirm the issue, we will issue a refund or replacement. You do not need to return the item.

c. Item damaged in transit or defective
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

3. How to start a return or request help

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

4. Exchanges

For non-personalized items, the fastest way to exchange is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless the issue falls under Section 2(b) or 2(c).

5. Non-returnable items

  • Personalized/custom items once production has started

  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Gift cards

6. European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Important: EU cooling-off rights do not apply to personalized/custom items that are made to your specifications, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
