Customization Process

Follow the prompts step by step to finish your customization — select your desired design style, enter your personalized details exactly as shown in the preview, choose the quantity you need, and add the item to your cart.
When all items are added, proceed to checkout. We’ll receive your order right away.
2.We start customizing as soon as your order comes in.
a.If your personalization details are clear and ready to produce:
We’ll move straight into production.
If you’d like to preview and approve your design before we make and ship it, please leave your email in the optional proof field on the product page. We’ll send you a design preview for confirmation before production begins.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the service you selected.
b.If any details are unclear or need adjustment:
We’ll email you to confirm the correct information. Production will begin only after we receive your approval, and then we’ll ship your order.

Any email you leave on the product page is used only for design proof and order communication. It will not be added to any mailing list or used for marketing.
2.Missing details may delay production.
If personalization information is incomplete and we can’t reach you, we’ll pause production until we receive the correct details.

Returns & Refund Policy:
1. Personalized / Custom Items
Because these items are made to order, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, except in the following cases:
a. Order canceled before production
If your item has not entered production yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the order and issue a full refund at no cost.
b. Personalization error on our side
If the item you receive does not match the personalization details you submitted, please contact us and provide clear photos of the item. After we confirm the issue, we will issue a refund.
You do not need to return the incorrect item.
c. Item damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged and cannot be used, please contact us and send photos of the damage. We will review the case and work with you on an appropriate refund solution.
2. Non-Personalized Items
For items that are not customized, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in resellable condition.
Please contact us within this timeframe, and we will guide you through the return/exchange process.
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
